Shipping rates vary between states. These rates will be calculated in the checkout process.

We currently ship to any location inside Australia and the Australia Post service.

Express shipping is available via Australia Post. Simply select the option in the checkout.

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $80.

Returns and exchanges will only be provided within 30 days of the sale date.

Returns can be completed via post or in-store. Please contact us atinfo@ggrclothing.com.auor call your local store for further information about in-store returns.

Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned unless deemed faulty.

Returned items will be refunded or exchanged based on their price at the time of purchase.

Items deemed faulty or those incorrectly provided can be returned free of charge. Simply get in contact with as atinfo@ggrclothing.com.auand we will provide you with the required shipping information.

If you receive one of our products and decide it isn’t quite right for you then you are able to return it for an exchange or store credit, however, you will be required to pay the return postage cost. Please contact us at info@ggrclothing.com.au for all change of mind returns inquiries and to receive a return address.

All change of mind returns must not have been worn, returned with no caused damage and with the tags attached. If any of these requirements are not met we may void the return request. 

Please note that swimwear must be tried on over your own underwear to be eligible for an exchange due to hygiene reasons. If it is clear that this action has not been followed then your exchange will not be able to be processed.

Yes, Click and Collect is available with pick up locations from Gunna’s Surf in Portland, Victoria and Gold Reef Clothing in Stawell, Victoria.

No, unfortunately click and collect is only available if the entirety of an order is in stock at your local store.

Please ensure the items you want are available at your local store by completing the process below. If your items aren’t available at your local store standard delivery is free throughout on purchases over $80.

To use the Click and Collect service please follow the steps below:

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart.
2. Go to your cart.
3. ENSURE YOU SELECT A STORE BY CLICKING THE ‘STORE PICKUP’ ICON. (This ensures that the items you have selected are available at your local store).
4. Click checkout and complete the required personal details.
5. When prompted to select a delivery option select ‘Store Pickup’.
